This is best made in a small food processor, but you can chop all the herbs by hand instead. It's delicious on top of grilled meat or vegetables.

Ingredients
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup mint
1/4 cup chives
2 garlic cloves, grated or minced
1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. kosher salt
Ground pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
Put all of the herbs, the garlic, lemon juice, salt, a few grinds of pepper and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Whirl until the herbs are finely minced.
Add the olive oil and whirl a few more times to blend it in. Taste and add more salt or lemon as needed.
